Driving Directions

Finding your way from Thessaloniki to Dolphin Perea is an easy task, here are some short directions.

From National Airport Thessalonikis, Macedonia
  • Head southwest to Thessaloniki Airport EO.
  • At the roundabout, take the 4th exit and stay on Thessaloniki Airport EO Street.
  • Turn right at Thessaloniki – Perea (signs for Nea Moudania / Perea / Epanomi ).
  • Thessaloniki – Pereas turns slightly to the right and becomes Thessaloniki – Michanionas Ave
  • Turn right onto Medias,
    Your destination will be on your left !!
From Athens – Thessaloniki N. Road
  • Head northeast on Egnatia Odos/E90/A1/A2.
  • Continue on A/D Piraeus Athens Thessaloniki Evzonon/NEO Athens Thessaloniki/A1 towards Pavlos Melas.
  • Follow the Internal Regional Road of Thessaloniki and A/D Thessaloniki N. Moudanion/A24 towards Thessaloniki Airport EO for Thermi. Take the exit towards EPANOMI/Airport from A/D Thessaloniki N. Moudanion/A24.
  • Keep left to stay on Thessaloniki Inner Ring Road
  • Use the 2 right lanes to take the exit towards CHALKIDIKI/THESSALONIKI/Macedonia Airport.
  • When you reach the Airport crossing follow instructions from Macedonia Airport.

Checkin hours are from 13:00 to 18:00, we offer late checkin upon request.

Chekout hours are from 09:00 am  to 10:00 am.
We offer late checkout upon availability and request.  

Changes Upon Request
Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking within less than 60 days, a penalty equal to the 50% of the reservation is issued. Payment policy Pay the 50% of the total within 1 day from the day you booked and the rest of the 50% 30 calendar days before check in date. If your check in date is less than 30 days from the day you booked, you will need to pay 100% of the reservation cost. Cancellation policy a refund of the 50% deposit is refundable (minus any bank fees) if you cancel 60 days prior to check in date.

House Rules

  4. Suitable for toddlers and children of all ages.
  5. No unregistered guests allowed.
  6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
  7. Please respect the noise curfew.
  8. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
  9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
  10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
  11. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
  12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
  13. Please do your dishes.
  14. Please take the trash out before you leave.
  15. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
